Water Street Redevelopment Project
The heavily traveled intersection of Main Street Extension and Water Street in Plymouth, Massachusetts is the bookend to downtown Plymouth’s Historic District visited by people from all over the world. Despite its incredible location and high foot traffic, it has become blighted and ignored over several decades.
JEI is working to transform the intersection to bring back a sense of vibrancy while being mindful of the past and the rich history of the neighborhood. The project includes three separate parcels: on one side of the street we will build 16 new town homes, while across the street we will renovate the facade of the existing industrial building and add three new retail spaces.
