Extra Space Storage

We are pleased to announce our newest acquisition of Stor-it self-storage located in Pembroke, MA at 330 Old Oak Street.

Stor-it has been owner operated since 1984, providing South Shore residents secure, clean and convenient storage. Located adjacent to Route 3 on the Marshfield/Pembroke line just off Route 139 behind the Mobil station. We will be updating the facility with a whole new look and new management with Extra Space Storage.  Extra Space is a leader in the self-storage industry with over 2,000 facilities in 41 states with over 152 million square feet.

Today’s consumer demands a great move-in experience, easy access and premium spaces. Keypad entry, camera surveillance, and climate-controlled units are all key elements that are included in the new build.

Additional improvements will include a building facade make-over with new metal panels, new gutters and downspouts, new pavement, new security and a brand new building that will host a new managers office and climate controlled storage units.
