This 2-acre mixed-use development was completed in 2019 and included the restoration of three historic turn of the century buildings and three new buildings.
The old buildings have been meticulously restored to recapture the warm New England charm they once boasted with red cedar roofs, new wood siding and new windows & doors. The property now features new parking, landscaping, and an open-air courtyard.
Millbrook Station also features a brand new modern co-working facility, CoWork DUX. The Co-work space connects the community and is an added amenity to the commercial spaces.
