JEI has developed several self-storage facilities over the past 25 years. We currently manage two facilities in the Boston market which are operated under Planet Self Storage flag. Planet Self Storage has over 35 years of experience in the self-storage market and operates millions of SF in MA, CT & NY.

The Norwood Planet Self-Storage was built in 2016 and consists of over 500 units and 67,000sf. The facility is located in our mixed-use development, Norwood Space Center. The development has tenants with deep roots in music, art, and co-working, so we have disrupted the norm in the storage industry by giving it a rock n’ roll memorabilia theme. Features include David Bieber’s collection of rock history with blow-ups of concert tickets, rare posters and other unique artifacts on display.

Our Boston self-storage facility is surrounded by multiple-family homes making it the most convenient location for our customers. It features a brand new interior with security cameras, bright lighting, and covered loading zones all inside a concrete bunker. This facility is 32,000 sf and climate controlled for all 281 units..
