JEI has developed several self-storage facilities and currently has over 1,200 units under management. We manage a Norwood, MA facility that operates under the Planet Self Storage flag.
The Norwood Planet Self-Storage was built in 2016 and consists of over 500 units and 67,000sf. The facility is located in our mixed-use development, Norwood Space Center. The development has tenants with deep roots in music, art, and co-working, so we have disrupted the norm in the storage industry by giving it a rock n’ roll memorabilia theme. Features include David Bieber’s collection of rock history with blow-ups of concert tickets, rare posters and other unique artifacts on display.
