JEI has developed several self-storage facilities and currently has over 1,200 units under management. We manage two facilities in the Boston market which are operated under Planet Self Storage flag. Planet Self Storage has over 35 years of experience in the self-storage market and operates millions of SF in MA, CT & NY.
We are pleased to announce our newest acquisition of Stor-it self-storage located in Pembroke, MA at 330 Old Oak Street. We will be updating the facility with a whole new look and new management with Extra Space Storage. Extra Space is a leader in the self-storage industry with over 2,000 facilities in 41 states with over 152 million square feet.
