Ellis Realty Advisors has completed the sale of 330 Old Oak Street to JEI Ventures.
The self-storage facility formerly known as Stor-It is comprised of 48,850 s/f on 3.4 acres. JEI plans to improve the existing facility and develop additional storage units on the site operating as Extra Space Storage.
