48 Main Street Extension
The new to-be-built retail building will be located on the corner of Main Street and Water Street in a single story building with outdoor patio space for patrons. The circa 1940’s design influence comes from a building that was once located across the street. The new building will feature 1-2 micro retail spaces and an ATM.
10 Water Street
The 10 Water street building dates back to the early 1920’s and was built as an auto repair garage called “The Plymouth Rock Garage”. We are carefully restoring and updating this building to feature a signature retail space and eight apartments. The apartments will feature master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, office-nooks, and well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms.
