The Landmark Building
Plymouth, MA
Value-Add Redevelopment
Downtown Office Building, Plymouth MA
This value-add project is located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, MA. In 2015, The Landmark building underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation. The biggest challenge with this redevelopment was the building’s exterior. We faced a construction hurdle while rebuilding the building’s façade, located on Brewster Gardens Park and Main Street. The result is a revamped exterior with windows set to enjoy the views that overlook the manicured pride of Plymouth. Walk to restaurants, shops, services, and all the amenities that downtown Plymouth has to offer.
The interior result was a modern Class-A look and feel throughout the entire building. There is a variety of office suite configurations ranging from open collaborative spaces to multiple individual offices. All suites have undergone a complete modernization with walls of glass, new ceilings, floors, and more. You can see the striking difference from the before and after photos. Highly accessible, the building is less than 1.5 miles from Route 3 exits 5 and 6. Our office space allows you to enjoy an ideal work-life balance.
Before & After
The Building's Rich History
In taking on this revitalization project, we looked back to the building’s origin to inspire design influence and adhere building’s history. These design elements are present in the parapet on the roof, the “Hollywood” up-lighting, and the building identity sign. The Landmark Building was originally built as the Old Colony Theater, and in the 1980’s was transformed into an office building. The building fell into a state of disrepair from a defective siding installation and lack of proper maintenance.
