JEI has developed several self-storage facilities and currently has over 1,200 units under management. We manage a Norwood, MA facility that operates under the Extra Space Storage flag.
The Norwood location was built in 2016 and consists of over 500 units and 67,000sf. The facility is located in our mixed-use development, Norwood Space Center. The development has tenants with deep roots in music, art, and co-working, so we have disrupted the norm in the storage industry by giving it a rock n’ roll memorabilia theme. Features include David Bieber’s collection of rock history with blow-ups of concert tickets, rare posters and other unique artifacts on display.
